Get set for The Big ‘WEHA Bear Fair Reveal’

WEST HARTFORD, Conn.—The 2021 WEHA Bear Fair will officially dance into town in just a few weeks. But organizers are so excited, they couldn’t resist the temptation to get the party started NOW!

“You can feel the excitement building throughout the entire town of West Hartford. The anticipation is palpable!” says Tom Hickey, President of 20/20Media, the Hartford-based media and marketing company that is producing what promises to be this year’s blockbuster fun and FUNdraising event.

The entire community is invited to feast their eyes on the painted bears at “The Big WEHA Bear Fair Reveal,” to be held on Tuesday, August 31, 4:30 to 6 pm, at Webster Walk, located at 20 South Main St. in West Hartford.

“We’re excited to invite the public to view our one dozen beautifully painted bears, each one individually designed and decorated by a talented local artist,” says Hickey. The unveiling will take place at 5 pm sharp, he cautions, so don’t be late.

The 2021 WEHA Bear Fair promises to be a spectacular community-wide fundraiser, sponsored by local business and individuals. Each sponsor has selected an artist to design its bear, as well as a nonprofit organization to benefit from proceeds raised by visitors to the fair.

Guests at the ‘Big Bear Fair Reveal’ on August 31 will have the opportunity to support the many designated beneficiary non-profits by scanning the QR code on the signage attached to the bear or by visiting 20media20.com
