Fleet Feet hosts Virtual APK 5K 2020 in West Hartford
A group of runners and ruckers met at Fleet Feet to kick off a socially distant 5K. Dennis House and Kara Sunderlun of WFSB/CBS came to support and cheer on participants. Ruckers emptied their sacks creating a large pile of canned goods for the local food pantry.

A Ruck in Ohio
Patricia and her family rucked and collected donations for their local food pantry. Then a local foundation matched their donations can for can! Patricia’s gang collected 200 food items and 200 were matched for a total of 400. Even the little one got in on the fun doing a “toddler ruck around the block,” donating his favorite snack. Super job, Patricia and gang!
