Robert Keiser is a Pillar of the Madison Community

Hello!

Last night, May 13 , 2025, the Madison Youth & Family Services held their annual “Celebrating the Pillars in our Madison Community” awards.

Our fabulous Robert Keiser, (Bob to everyone who knows and loves him) was presented such an award… and it reads…

Community Asset Award Presented to:
ROBERT KEISER
“An outstanding individual who demonstrates exceptional commitment
to empowering, supporting, and bettering the community.”

“This award recognizes an individual or organization who actively supports and advocates for our community. This is an individual who is trusted, respected, and able to connect people with the resources needed.  They go above and beyond to lift those who need extra support, and work to ensure a multi-generational  approach to enrich the lives of those involved.”

The back story involves Bob helping a Veteran here in Madison who was in dire need.

MYFS reached out to APK Charities for guidance, and Bob, through amazing networking was able to help change the course of this family’s life.

This is the second time a Madison Veteran was helped via APK Charities. The first effort was a new handicapped bathroom install which Bob engineered beautifully.

So! As Bob said, “his life is finally no longer a liability, he is an ASSET!”

Love, Helen
